1. Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds
All sales of digital downloads (including travel itineraries, guides, checklists, and planning documents) are final. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:
